Iron dust, scattered rust

A renovator’s dream home

probably vacant

Finger tips hanging
from a height only rising
we climb or crumble

Take me out to space
Let me drift among the stars
The earth is so small

The sun set early
Over skies heavy and damp
Winter is coming

It didn’t matter

When the snow fell so heavy;

only it wouldn’t melt

To Louie

With great gravity
The suddenness of these deaths
Soared across blue skies

bound by steel shackles

they sought even vile acids

to set it all free
